Receive a txt message from GSM BINGOLOTTO PROMOTION AWARDS, stating that my mobile number attached to A winning ticket and won a price of 850, 000.00 EUROS...after everything went through, the courier company ELITE COURIER EXPRESS, sent me an email that they want me to pay for the COST OF DELIVERY...in my understanding there is no such thing that a RECEIVER is responsible for any DELIVERY COST, it means the sender is responsible for it cost ...
