Respected sir,
I am submitting this application for your kind consideration and favorable action please .i am retired from service after completing 26years of colour service on 30 Nov 2011. While i was in service, I got three ACP grades as per the existing pay scale.
However During my retirement ACP Grade was not consider for finalizing my pensionery benefits. and still I am getting HAV Pension only.
I am seeking your intervention to take up case with CDA(P) Allahabad for considering my case and grant pension on revised scale after considering my three ACP. I am
Expecting N/SUB basic for calculating pension and every thing.

6 Feb 2013 a letter from EME Records to my home address, Addressed P.Balasubramanian, S/o M.Pavadai Pillai, No 161 Sivan Koil Street Mappadugai(Post), Mayiladuthurai(Teh), Nagapattinam(Dist), Tamilnadu, 609003. SUB - CHANGE OF ACCOUNT NUMBER IN PPO(S/052244/2012(ARMY)

Sir,
Respected sir I Beg to submitted the following few lines for your perusal and immediate action please.

That I have retired on 31 D ec 2012 vide my PPO No S /052244/2012 (ARMY) issued on 30 Nov 2012 but unfortunately my all the emoluments’ and pension have not been credited in my Bank Account till now due to the following mistakes :-

(a) While I was opening my pension account erroneously my wife name was written first
In the pension account instead of my name vide Account No [protected] which is quoted in my PPO.

(b) Due to the above mistake my PPO have been returned to PCDA Alllahabad by my
CPPC Patna and no intimation given either to me or to my banker SBI Siwan Bazar.

2. On enquiry from AGM CPPC Patna he directs to open a new account and forward to your Records Office under intimation to PCDA Allahabad for issue a fresh PPO according to new pension account Number. As his direction I have opened a new joint account in the same bank SBI Siwan Bazar vide our Account No [protected] (New Account No -[protected]).

3. Due to with holding of my pension and all the financial benefits I am in great trouble because my children’s are in higher education.

4. You are humbly requested to do the need full at the earliest so that my pension can be started and urgent need of my children’s are sorted out. Your kind help will be highly appreciated.
