As per circular no 585 dated 21 sep 2017 issued by pcda allahabad, the notional pay was to be fixed and pension was to be revised. As per circular he should have got a copy of the same from your end. Dear sir, i jc-756742y submaj retnamony p retired from corps of eme in 31 may 2017 and my ppo no is s/24939/2017 (Army). I was last served in eme school baroda. I was inquired about current status of my corrigendum ppo of 7th cpc from pcda allahabad through their help line no, they told me that my document is still awaited from eme records. L was already been fwd the option certificates for commutation and pay fixation of 7th cpc in the month of oct 17

Sir, i have sent a requesting letter to oic eme records secunderabad regarding issuing the certificate dated 26 april 2018. Sir i am in desperate need of this certificate and i need it for my son. So i kindly request you to issue me a ds certificate for my son master ganesh sindevrao tarone as quick as possible. Sir my details are as follows

Sir my ppo no. D/010100/2000 03 june 2000 and corr ppo no. D/ra/11504/2004 02 dec 2004. The disability for the individual has been accepted 60% for life as per ppo.

14585344m, ex cfn, divi krishnamohan service pension ppo no - s/0127/2001 (Army), disability pension ppo no - d/ra/24272/03, corregendum ppo for disability pension - de/2180/2004. Only i recieved these ppos other than these i did not receive any ppos till date. Please kindly provide me all amended ppos for service pension and disability pension. It is sad to approach for a favour since respective branch / section has not confirmed the details of family members mentioned in the online application form for echs card even after 40 days.in case the dealing staff is overloaded with work, other staff may be deployed keeping the welfare of the retired ex-servicemen. I am a 72 year old family pensioner (W/o late sep kuttikrishnan nair s no:7059205 of eme) drawing pension from sbi, shoranur (Acct no: [protected], branch code: 00760) got a letter from cppc (Reference: at/psb/iii/tvm/17 dt 22/9/2017ppc, cppc/comp/2017-18/f05160572/1701/2018, cppc/tvm/mm/misc/136, dated 23.07.2017) to suspend my pension payment reason being family pension is not endorsed in the original ppo kuttikrishnan nair and asking anyother ppo sanctioning family pension in her favor.

Now i request your kindness to state that there is another ppo no reflected in my pension book. Ie ppo s/com/7797/79 dt 02/5/79. (Unfortunately i am not having copies of both the ppo's with me. Assumingly the cppc is having both. There is a discrepancy in the names (Chandrika devi and v chandrika). Now i beg your sympathy to verify the records and do the needful generously. Please see this request urgently since i am living merely on pension and instruct not to stop my pension without your consent.

date of discharge 31.10.1992 . disability was 40% at the time of discharge now it is 50%. total pension is about 14000/Rs. but other disability pensioners are getting about 23000/RS. plase let me know my latest pension.

Hi everyone, we got a problem here. My dad was in eme and he gave wrong date of birth of mom in army records. We dont have any proof of dob as per army records. He expired now. We came to know when we are checking the dads documents and echs medical records. Mom passport, adhar card and pan card have same date of birth as per school records. Mom already travelled aboard on that passport. What we do now? We dont know anything. Is it ok with records office if we provide all documents and they change dob as per other documents and proofs. Sir, it has been noticed that records offices are going to prepare e ppo and requird pan no, adhar no etc for this, kindly let me know how i submit the required information to ur good office, as i am retired from eme on31/05/2001,. I no 14596877p acp nb sub clerk (Sd) ombir singh was retired as acp nb sub on 30.06.2012. As per my ppo no s/029488/2012 (Army), i have paid rs 27000/- echs subscription which is subscription rate of jcos but my echs card was made by eme records as havildar due to which i am getting echs facilities applicable for the rank of havildar in any panel hospital. I have written 2-3 time letter to eme records but no response has been received.

Kindly look into the matter personally to resolve my problem to get my entitlement.

2. Now also i have been posted in same location 4 guards in binnaguri west bengal. (North eastern command) from may 2017

3. My first unit is 627 eme bn it was in jammu and kashmir and when it moved from jammu and kashmir to kalingpong i was posted in that unit from march 2006 to nov 2007 it's location also north eastern command.

I had already approached you for this through hard copy but no response. sir i had served 30 years but i am getting only for 28 years service pension till date. because i was an apprentice enrolled 2 years boy service was not counted as qualifying service at the time of my release in 2002. after that in 2003 mod issued a letter in which all boys services are included for qualifying service for pension letter attached to your ready reference. i had written many letter to pcda in this regard but no action has been taken till date. sir, please do the needful and issue a fresh ppo include my full service as qualifying service.

During the month of Apr 2013 I send a E-mail to EME Depot Battalion regarding non receipt of MACP PPO from EME Records. On 16 Apr 2013 EME Depot forwarded my case to EME Records vide their letter No 20301 Vol 7 64 ESM ii dated 16 Apr 2013 and also asked my LPC data sheet by CDA Pension from EME Records vide their letter under reference dated 18 Jun 2013 after repeated requests through EME Records help line mob No [protected] no any response received. After 01 year EME Records intimated me vide their letter No 14594354X SP 4 Pen dated 13 Jan 2014 that your LPC-CUM-DATA SHEET for grant of MACP benefits has already been fwd to CDA Allahabad vide EME Records letter No 2815/SP-4/PEN Dated 27 Dec 2013 through courier. After this I approach to EME Records through help line mob No [protected] regularly my last request during the month of Nov 2014 request No 968 regarding non receipt of MACP corrigandam PPO they replied that no any PPO received from CDA Pension Allahabad till date. Sir it is not possible to take a one year time by CDA Pension Allahabad to make a single PPO. During the month of Dec 2014 I lodged a complaint against CDA Pension Allahabad vide complaint No DOPPW/E/2014/03188. On 19 Jan 2015 I I received a reply from CDA Allahabad that your LPC Data Sheet has not yet been received from EME Records till date vide their letter No EDP/Corr/19/Complaint/GP-XII/Vol-V dated 19 Jan 2015 copy to EME Records also(PDF File attached). In view of the above you are requested to take up my case with EME Records Secunderabad for trace out my LPC-cum-Data Sheet which was fwd to CDA Allahabad through courier on 28 Dec 2013 vide their letter No 2815/SP-4/Pen dated 27 Dec 2013as the same is not held with CDA Allahabad for issue of my MACP Corr PPO. After repeated requests/reminders my me since last three years no any response received from EME Records and also submitted that all retirees havildars of my batch have already received their MACP PPOs during Feb 2013 to Jan 2014 only my MACP PPO is held up with EME Records since last 03 Years. I am facing financial hardship for want of the same. An early action is requested please.
