Enderson it is a fraud company... it takes money to provide job... they will take around 40k to 50k.. ur job will last max for 3 months after that u will be fired.. you will be paid at max 5k per month if you dont do any mistake any if M.D. wishes to give.
Coming to the company policy and background... read carefully it will help you out...
1>kisi bhi company ke tag lagaye hue bande se company ke bare mein mat poochna chutiye jhoot bolenge.
2> at around 1:30 ko lunch break hota hai company ke bande bahar aayenge jo lachar aur majboor hai wo aapko sach batayenge..
3>agar na bhi poocho to chalega... wo khud gali denge aur aapko company ka reveiw mil jayega.
4>saale company ka bus provide karenge aur kahenge aap use karo na karo hum paise lenge....
5>bus driver ko jan booch kar late karne ko kahenge aur agar aap 5 min bhi late hue to half time kar denge.
6>company mein koi E.L. C.L. ya sick leave nahi hai....
7>sat ya mon ko bunk mare to sunday ka bhi salary cut...
8>paisa inhe cash mein chahiye... d.d. ya cheque diya tyo inke maa chudne lagti hai
9>fraud hone ka sabse bara nishani paise company ke andar hi randwe h.r. log lete hai..
10>pay slip provide nahi karenge
11>no bank accounts
12>i[censored] dont hav salary slip then u cant show ur exp anywhere so wats the need to work here...
13>meet M.D. once try to have a chat with him in english... he will be [censored]ed up
14>always try to take round inside company... 20 systems and 100 employee.... wat n ratio...
15>go through company website.. its overlapping other site... copied one..
16>its an it company but cant buil its web site... isme bhi chori
17>they have registered themselfs sumthing around september and have mentioned they have clients like h.p. ,J.P morgan, bank of america...
md ki maa chudwa ke itni company se tie up ki kya...
18>inke ek bande gunjan mishra ne likha hai ki wo hospitality managment par project kar rahe.. jara poocho kis company ke liye?
19>ask them which project hav they made for the clients which they hav mentioned... or any person working in these organisation whose name has been taken take alegal action against these .
20>go through the company fb account... they have mentioned openings for fresher call on sum no. has been given, have u seen any company doing such things,
21>try calling company hr no. they wont tell company name first... first take aenquiry and then will tell they are speaking from enderson it
22>contact any person of enderson it management team and tell them that u need a job... they will ask for money in cash n will suggest u not tell anybody else they will loose their job.

NEVER EVER JOIN THIS COMPANY.... IF YOUR JOINING THIS COMPANY BY GIVING MONEY YOU ARE [censored]ING YOUR SELF..... TRY GIVING INTERVIEW BUT THEY WILL NEVER SELECT YOU.......
