iam nikhil from bangalore. I also invested 31000 on 14th december 2010 in endmark forex. received only two payouts. Then from today every phone numbers given in the website is switched off. From 4th january 2011 no payout received. Many peoples invested the amount. which may run into several crores. Please help me to get the money. What action may be taken. Can we lodge a complaint in newdelhi.

Endmark forex services private limited company , its registration no.039780 and corporate identity number u93000up2010ptc039780 running business at suite no. 2412A, level4, block a, plot no.a41, the corenthum, sector 62, noida, delhi ncr, india frequesntly from two months giving advertisement in times of india throughout india offering daily 1% returns. Believing his adertisement every sunday i and my friends invested several lakhs of rupees . Only received two payouts . Then last week onwards no payout coming. Their all phone numbers switched off. No one is answering. MOSTLY THEY MADE FRAUD by cheating people. Please nearest to delhi investors take stern action by giving complaints. and giving all information to police authorities. and arrest them and make arrangement to get back the hardearned saved money from .main person is Mayank Gupta.who is Managing Director. Behind him many people may be there. Please help the delhi and nearest state investors. My phone no.[protected]
All is true. Their mobiles switched off. Please near to the company state people should take initiative to find place, give complaint, pursue the complaint with authorities. Every investors hardearned saved money invested only a week ago all gone. It should not be take it easy. and don t forget to lodge complaint. t is duty. We should teach a lesson to that people. He was giving payouts to people from May 10 ownwards and now people felt faith in him and invested large amounts on his promises of good returns as a new year bonaza.

dear investors bad new for u i am delhi investor today i h visited End mark forex Noida office and found their office locked.Nobody picking up phones and all the their mobile phone has been switched off.Like me more than 50 investors are present there Noida office today.We have also visited Mayank Gupta residential address which we have got from his Axis bank account .When we reached there we found that address was also wrong .So now it is clear that End Marck Forex has cheated us and they looted more than 400-600 crores ruppees and run away with our hard earned money. Now we have to do something to teach him lesson.
Mr. Mayank u did wrong with a lot of people.

I live in Gurgaon and I had invested Rs 100000 with Endmark forex in Dec10.This is my hard earned money.Since early dec, I have received only 1 payout.Now there mobiles are also coming switched off.I am feeling very helpless.What should I do??If there is any information then please inform me at [protected].

Let All The investor get united and Pressure the authorities to grab the culprits.We cant let him decieve so many people.Action against the banks offering Bank Guarantee Should also be taken.Plss i request all the investors to Visit the office immediately and join hands to get hold of mayan gupta.

hi all.. am an investor from bangalore invested around 5 lacs.. today i have received the message saying "due to some regulatory and internal issues our office ill remain closed till saturday. however the the payout transfer is in process. check by wednesday evening". lets not get panicked till thursday morning... hope for the best.. as per my thinking they have loads of procedure for all the new and old investors so busy coz of the new yr scheme... if payouts doesnt come within thurs.we need to become one..

confirm ho gya hain ki end mark bhag gayi abi abhi noida se mere dost ne batyahain ki waha ke paper me nikal gaya hain.
This is lesson for all the investors that any company that offers more interest or commissions than the nationalized banks of India is trying to lure us and most likely to run away after collecting our hard earned money. Any interest more than 8 to 9 percent is unsustainable and therefore nobody can give us more than that. These people play on our weakness for fast returns without much efforts for which we are also someway responsible. In future we should never ever invest in such companies.
