[Resolved]  endmark forex trading services pvt ltd — FRAUD

Myself, MOHD. IMRAN from Lucknow.
This is to bring to your notice that a company - details of which are given below has given an advertisement in Times of India, Lucknow and Dainik Jagran, Lucknow in the last week of december to first week of January 2011 asking for investments in the company.
the returns promised were very attractive so many people paid into their accounts in ICICI Bank and AXIS Bank account - details are provided of that also.
Since 2 days the company has stopped all communication, theri mobile phones are switched off and no responce is there on thir landline numbers. Many investors money has been blocked in the company including mine.
this is request to you to pls look into the matter into the larger interest of the people so that further fraud is not committed by them.

I am Anil jain form udaipur.
i have also invested 50, 000m on 27th dec.2010. since then I hav enot receieved any payout in my a/c.
i have deposited the cheque in the hdfc, bnak.
same thing all the phones are switched offf.
i would like to get at least my pricipal back

I am Khadir from Hyderabad. I also invested 31000/- recently and i got nothing from Endmark only sms, if anybody can locate Mayank Gupta,
Those who have met mayank gupta personally Please help the police to trace them.

I cant understand the people sitting here!!!in india first there were MLM's who make people fool, now these stupid companies like endmark, and you the super talented people who invert juts for some return without having knowledge of the firm, i personally vistied their office 2 months ago in noida and i m from delhi, and the girls sitting there dont know even english, so u can make a guess, there were only 5-6 employees, CANT U THINK HOW IS IT POSSIBLE, if its was not fake then normally a BIHARI had 30000/- at present living, why shoudl our parents invest in f.d in govt banks, if these things are so accurate,

I HAVE SYMPATHY FOR ALL THE PEOPLE HERE, BUT NOW THIS IS UPTO GOVT. THEY SHOULD HAND ALL THE PEOPLE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS COMPANY LIVE ON TV., SO THAT IT SHOULD GIVE AN EXAMPLE TO ALL THE BASTURDS WHO TRIES TO EARN LIKE THIS

5. News papers mein uski Photo ke saath advt. do k issne logon k saath croron rupye ki thagi ki hai iska
pata batane wale ko 50000/- rupye inaam ya iske staff ka pata batane wale ko 20000/- rupye
6.TV Presss ko sath lo
7. Police ko sath lo

Mein Iske liye Tayar hoon Jahaan 8lac rupye ek jhatke mein khatam ho gaye 2000 se 5000 rupye agar aur barbaad karne pade to main ready hoon

Anyone in Delhi can check if the police have found anythink how can we register a complain sorry i am out of the country but can some one give some news maybe from the police has a complain been filed aginst this blood and sweat sucker...there are so many like him in our country who run away with peoples hard earned money

Hi Mr. Kitu,

FIR has been registered and Red-Alert to all over india for Mayank Gupta. The news confirmed that he was not excaped from India. Serching continues...there is no news for him or his staff members. If we can get anything will let you know.

Well this cant be done by one person.We all have to be united.please organise everyday and lets force the police.we can advertise in newspaper and keep press informed daily.we cant leave mayank gupta like this..please get united.all the invester share ur mobile phone and email address.join the group antiendmarkforex in google.the more we will pressure the police the more chances we have.get ur acts together.coming saturday and sunday is holiday.all the investor come to sector 62 and lets see wat we can do next.be united.

HI,

Just now I got the information that one of the staff member caught by the police at Dehradun and he has bring to Noida. Noida police still giving their effort to find that (Mayank Gupta). Once the police reaches with staff member(Rabindar Pal Singh), probably we can get some information about him.
The entire work is pre-planned and with the help of staff member.
I came to know that one meeting is organised at Indrapuram area(Near Sector 62) but as off now I have no idea about the outcome of the meeting.
If anybody in Noida who knows about the meeting can inform us for the outcome.

Can these ppl be traced with their mobile phone nos like the last location? I tried their customer care no. again today, the one Archana used to answer...though it is switched off but the message comes in Punjabi, so one of them might hv rum away to Punjab?

I agree with you all that we have to be unite and force the Police and government authorities so they should speed up the search and put that bloody behind the bars and we should get our refund of capital invested.I got the two messages from Ravindra one of his staff on tuesday, 11 jan 2011which Mayank sent to them.

Dear Team members, we have refunded the whole principal investment invested by you in our company, Kindly check your accounts.

Dear Team members, Due to cheating by my partner, I am not able to pay the payouts to clients, therefore office will remain closed for at least 7-10 days, Thanks
