I have been getting emails from many different lottery company telling me that I have won money and after I had finish the procees in which i gave my name, address, and telephone number and other information, after that part they have asked me to give them money for the transportation and the insurance of my winning and I just want to know is the corret or incorrect, are they telling the truth that I have to pay a money order and then get my cheque or since I won i should get my cheque without any strings attached.
