I had facial service at Enrich Salon(borivali outlet) i had experiance worst service of life, no proper treatment ,spent 2000 bucks but no value for money service at all. just waist of money and time.
Experience at Enrich Mulund.My extenso treatment by stylist Ms.Ranjita went wrong in Diwali.A chunk of hair became really rough n developed kinks/bends Instead of being polite , the manager, Ms. Janhavi asked me to have a hair cut. When i refused,she said the hair dont really seem that rough or brittle. I paid 8500 for the treatment & getting such a response is bad. After arguing i was asked to undergo cuticle treatment. When I asked, Y should I pay for their mistakes?? Ms. Janhavi responded, i will get back to you with the BEST POSSIBLE solution. The call never came. Such bad service!!! Phew!!!
