I was denied haircut at enrich salon Vashi Navi Mumbai sector 17, by hairstylist Vaibhav. As he said I have psoriasis and they don’t treat patients with psoriasis, to be precise at the time of hair examine there was no sign of psoriasis when asked to me about what haircut and hair style I wish to have I told him that my scalp is sensitive And have psoriasis issue as well so have to be careful with my hair. Post knowing this he denied me the haircut stating it is not in their policy to treat people with psoriasis, it was me who dint even have psoriasis at the time of the haircut imagine people who have psoriasis and have very intense psoriasis and are denied? Ain’t they human? And is it not everyone’s right to exercise their rights being in the democratic India? And if there’s hygiene issue why is the salon not equipped enough to take care of this? Why insult clients? And play with their sentiments ?

During a facial at enrich jogeshwari on 9th march, the facialist dropped boiling hot water which splashed on to my arm, burning and disfiguring my arm.
I suffered considerable burns. They obviously had no doctor on hand nor did they have any first aid to treat the burns. Their solution was to take me to a hospital which was at least 30 minutes away. I preferred to go home to treat it with medication specifically for burns.
I am yet to receive a formal apology for this utter callousness.
My arm is now permanently scarred, and i have suffered a lot of pain for this carelessness. I demand monetary compensation for my trauma and pain.

I Dr Usha visited enrich parel salon for hair treatment on friday 29 oct 2016 for some hair treatment on Diwali festival occasion so that my hair will shine more .When the seniormost expert stylist was examining my hair quality, it were breaking.Still he advised for smoothening treatment.While doing the treatment, I realised that my hairs are getting short and wrinkled .I was repeatedly asking him regarding the condition of my hair, but he was overconfident about whatever he was doing and assured me that after first wash my hair will become smooth and silky.
To my surprize, next day morning I noticed all my hair became curly, frizzy and shineless.I immediately rushed to the enrich salon but still till date i have not got satisfactory treatment from enrich.O n 5th day jitu trainer examined my hair and cut dry hairends and made them further short.The staff is replying that they are unable to do anything now.
Now after spending around 10, 000 rs my hair are like zombie, dull, dry shineless, with full of knots and rough.
I think whatever has happened to my hair is not only over processing but it is mismanagement to my hair.When I am spending around 10, 000 rupees for my hair, my minimum expectations are to improve quality of my hair.I usually don't spent such a huge amount just for hair treatment but for Diwali festival and to have merry time with family members, I ended up spending such huge amount.But to my horror, it was a disaster which spoiled my Diwali mood, disaster I have to face till now and in future also I will be facing.Whatever damaged happened are beyound repair to my knowledge.and unfoetunately enrich experts are taking very casually.I am taking the vidios of the treatment given by you which is obviously useless as it is not showing any repairing step.If you meet me and see the damage you will have some idea as you can compare my hair quality with my previous hair photos.
I am really feeling sorry as enrich is having such kind of experts and using sub standard products and on the top not taking any steps to correct the mistake .
It is a psychological trauma to carry such hairs when your hair adds to your personality few days before'

I had facial service at Enrich Salon(borivali outlet) i had experiance worst service of life, no proper treatment ,spent 2000 bucks but no value for money service at all. just waist of money and time.
