[Resolved]  EPF office Bandra Mumbai — PF Withdrwal not yet recieved

my pf a/c no. arend balance TH/VSH/0117812/000/0000141 which are in your office and balance are in [EE 141371and ER 133672] ON DATED 27/03/2012 .I submitted all necessory form in the office of the BANDRA OFFICE, but till today no any amount transfer by the office. SO please look the matter and do needfull. otherwise legal proceedure follow by me and office will responsible for that.

My name is Salman. It is very unfortunate that I born in this country where from top to bottom government people are corrupt and not doing their own work. I have requested for PF transfer almost 1.5 yrs back. It has been said that PF amount is transferred but my current employer saying they have not received Annexture-K and without this cannot be deposited their account. I have send almost 20 different mails to Bandra office (ro.[protected]@epfindia.gov.in) but no reply. Raised grievance after 1 month saying grievance no lost please raise new grievance. Trying to contact Bandra office PRO but they are not picking phone, even funny thing most of the times I am getting busy tone that means they are talking to relatives, boy or girl friends and enjoying day life. I called up to higher officer they were telling call to PRO.. but they are least bother to listen that PRO are not picking phone. Now I am fed up and don't know how to reach to them. Can anyone suggest how to file to court against them? This will be well appreciated if anyone help regarding this.

with respect to the above subject i here by babu gowler (PF No. MH/BAN/45665/119089) requested for epf claim in the month of Dec-2012
last year. I have sent all the respected forms which is duly filled with the details to the below address:-
341, Bhavishya Nidhi Bhavan, Near Bandra Court, Kalanagar, Bandra East,
Mumbai - 400051.

I have not received any updates or status of the same. Hence could you
please look into it and solve my issue,

My name is Shafeek Mohammed, I had been worked in HBL Global Pvt Ltd. from 2010 to 2011
after that i resigned the job, when i got my final settlement from my company i have received a pf form also. So i go through my pf form after that I applied for my pf, its almost 6 months passed I didn't receive any notification regarding my pf.
Can I get clarification for that

I have earlier worked with Nisa security agency khar, Mumbai in[protected] during which my PF account is MH/46935/4998. I left the company in July 2012 and submitted PF withdrawal form on 21/09/ 2011 but till date the amount has not been credited in bank account.so, kindly do the needful and revert ASAP.

I have been writing mails to the HR "Glodyne Technoserve Ltd" to withdraw my EPF since long time. Nobody is replying the mail. i have already sent the withdrawal forms to HO and got the confirmation from courier that they have received it but not yet processed it. I am from Ahmedabad - Gujarat.
