Bangalore EPF Office — PF AMOUNT NOT GETTING, FADE UP BY FOLLOWING UP WITH BANGALORE PF OFFICE

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have submitted my PF withdrawal requested to my organization on July-2010,PF department Bangalore has received my concerned documents on 20/01/11(I have the receiving copy) but they are saying it has received on 31/03/11. Till the date I am expecting my settlement. I am too tired up by dialing those nos. Everyday I call up during the whole day. Always busy/no response. If any body pick up my call in any lucky day & I ask the reason for delaying he says "its under process/we cant do anything/I am making complain for this/if any local person from your side would available here it would be better/send mail/simply put me hold for long time" At last they said to talk to Mr. Viswanath through operator. Jokingly there is no operator I think, because no one received my calls ever. From the mail id ro.[protected]@epfindia.gov.in (The PF Commissioner) also no response as like others above. What I should do next & who is going to help to release my PF payment. Please help me ,I am feeling very helpless & worried. My other colleagues who have left the company at the same time of mine & left much later have got the payment except me.

I'll eagerly wait for your help.

I naveen mukharjee worked in icici bank ltd in the year 2005 to 2007. after that i was resigned and applied for claim but till date could nt get the claim kindly get the information about that. i dont know how to get my claim.

Hello Sir/Madam,

My name is Amar Singh Mudavath. I worked for Mphasis an HP Company, Pune for 2 years.
I have submitted the PF Withdrawal form in April 2011 and submitted to my previous Employer. They have submitted to EPFO, Bhavishyanidhi Bhawan, No.13, Raja Ram Mohan. Roy Road, Bangalore – 560 025.
I have received the SMS alert on 30.05.2011 saying that claim ID: PYBOM[protected], member account no: PYBOM[protected] HAS BEEN REJECTED.
I enquired from my previous employer on the rejection of EPF; they said they do not receive any rejection letter from PF office and of course even I do not received any rejection letter to my permanent address which I have mentioned in EPF withdrawal form.

My question is what the reason to rejection of the EPF withdrawal or is it in progress.

PLEASE LOOK INTO THE ISSUE AS WE WERE NOT ABLE TO FIND /CONTACT ANY OF THE HIGHER AUTHORITYS IN THE EPFO OFFICE.

My previous company(VMoksha Technology Pvt. Ltd.) has submitted form 19 & 10c on 11-May-2011 for withdrawl of my pf account. It is almost 5 months completed but i have not got any PF amount. Can you please suggest what are the steps need to be taken to get my PF money.

I have applied for my PF winthdrawal through my previous employer and my previous employer has submitted all the required papers, proof and documents as on January 23rd 2009 to the EPF Office, Bangalore . I have still not received my PF which should ideally take 45 days to get credited into my account.

I have planned to purchase site so i applied for loan on 2nd January till now i have not received any confirmation regarding this matter, as per the PF rolls you should provide loan or returned document with in month according to PF office 2003 February circular there is no need any documents only the declaration filled form is enough to provide loan, so i kindly request you to take immediate necessary action dis pus the loan.
