Do I have a right to get information about my EPF Claim Status?

( My EPF Claim was submitted on 31st Aug 2009 to EPFO office, bommasandra, Bangalore as per the Records.)
[ Web site says " Invalid object name 'KN248receipt "

The Phones are in the proper order it seems, but one simply doesn't pick and when tried again after no reply, the phone is deliberately kept in engaged position by placing the receiver off the hook. ] -- so where does a citizen go for this kind of a High Govt. Office response. ?

Even after fatty 6th pay commission, the EPFO RO employees behaves arrogantly and in irresponsible manner without answering to the query which is very much there in EPF FAQ!!!

Hello sir,

I have also submitted my PF withdraw request with PF office around february 2010 and today it is 09.02.10 and still i have not received my PF. i made several visits to PF office and last time they mentioned that the amount will be credited to my account by the End of august and still nothing has come to my account. I really dont know do i need to spend the equivalent amount of money in my transportation for to and fro from banglore to chennai to get my PF. My PF account number is KIN/BN/24960/25498. I dont know how to proceed anymore and tired of asking my own money.

I dont understand the difficulty in getting my own money inspite to submitting all the documents and making several visits to Bhavishya nidhi bhawan. Kindly make arrangements to process the request.
