[Resolved]  Equity Electric Kettle — not working

i recently in august 7 2009 bought a electric equity kettle fom vishal mega mart in allahabad
one day i found out that the electric kettle was not working so i rush to the vishal mega mart they

kept the electric kettle and gave assurance that it will be repaired soon as it was under warranty
period and they called me after few days when after few days i went to vishal mega mart to get my
kettle they said that that the electric kettle cannot get repaired so we found that we have been cheated by the company and the vishal mega mart so we want justice
