I am writing this to bring to your attention the rude and unprofessional behavior of a staff member named Dharmendra at your Vishal Mega Mart store in Bilaspur.

On my recent visit, I experienced very disrespectful and arrogant behavior from Dharmendra. He was not only impolite but also completely unhelpful when I asked for assistance. His tone and attitude were unacceptable and made my shopping experience extremely unpleasant.

As a regular customer, I expect basic courtesy and professionalism from your staff. Such behavior tarnishes the reputation of your brand and discourages customers from returning.

I kindly request that appropriate action be taken against this staff member and that your team be reminded about maintaining respectful behavior towards all customers.

Its is brought to your notice that on 26.1.2025 vide Bill No. HI[protected] ( Bill enclosed) I have purchased certain household things from your chotta shimla store amounting to Rs. 6565. While making the transaction from my debit card the transaction for the said amount was declined at the POS terminal so i opted for another source of payment i.e through UPI from my another linked bank account . However through UPI the payment of Rs 6565...

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the service I received at your store, VishalMega Mart, on [date]. The experience was appalling due to the untrained employees, particularly Mr. Amit and Mr. Kamal Sharma, who claimed to be the managers but failed to provide any resolution.

The issues I faced were:

- Untrained employees causing problems and blaming the customer
- Mr. Amit and Mr. Kamal Sharma pretending to be managers without providing any resolution
- The billing counter staff being unable to generate bills, displaying a complete lack of training

I was shocked and disappointed by the level of incompetence and unprofessionalism displayed by your staff. As a customer, I expect a basic level of service, which was not met. I request strict action against:

- Mr. Amit and Mr. Kamal Sharma for their unprofessional behavior and misrepresentation as managers
- The billing counter staff for their inability to perform their basic duties

I expect a prompt response regarding the actions you will take to:

1. Address the behavior of Mr. Amit and Mr. Kamal Sharma
2. Provide adequate training to all employees, including the billing counter staff
3. Ensure that customers receive respectful and helpful service

If I do not receive a satisfactory response, I will be forced to take my business elsewhere and share my negative experience with friends, family, and online platforms

Your terms and conditions are unlawful to consumers.. You say that if a consumer grant permission to accept them, then the permission granted to override DND is irrevocable. Why consumer has no right to withdraw the permission?

This is vaishnavi from chennai, this month 11th may i was purchased vishal mega mart in bangalore for total amount 2206.5 but that sales person debited two tmes amount fromt my account(2108.50).He was told that amount will return to your account with in a 3 days but still i didn't get my amount plsease take my complaint and solve my issue

Sir,
1. That it is the violations to the Consumers rights so the complaint is being made to the District Collector Kapurthala to investigate the matter that how the bill raised to the product which is not in stock and why not the product got delivered till date after the expiry of one week even. The Complaint is being lodged at National Consumer Helpline (NCH)
2. It is a matter of great regret that the Companies Like Vishal Mega Mart despite receiving full and final payment from the customer fail to deliver the item ordered whereas the billing has been made showing that the said item has been delivered whereas on the date of delivery the concerned Delivery Personnel has made me a call that the said Ariel Liquid Detergent which is not in stock will be delivered within 2-3 days but the said item could not be delivered in one week even.
3. As the Company is duty bound to intimate regarding the Delivery Status of the item booked even if it is temporarily out of stock, that your order got screwed up somehow due to certain reasons the item could not be supplied to you. The company is so careless that it failed to make a Phone call to provide the intimation regarding delivery status to the customer.
4. That it means that Vishal Mega Mart is issuing Fake bills that is being deleted that’s why the company is careless about the Delivery Status of the product. Secondly if the product was not in stock then how the billing of the product raised. Thirdly why the company failed to intimate the Delivery Status of the product.
5. That the company is duty bound to confirm that if the product is out of stock then to provide the specific date of delivery of the product to the customer and provide the reasons of non delivery which is beyond their control. AS it is deficiency in Service by the Company So the Legal Notice is being served to the company due to Deficiency in Service and Unfair Trade Practices adopted by Vishal Mega Mart. It is Unfair Trade Practices as to promote its services or sale of its goods supply and distribution of its products Vishal Mega Mart used illicit and illegal means to mislead the general public and opted to generate the Sale invoice to the product which is not in their stock and so the Complaint under Consumer Protection Act is being filed against the company for adopting Unfair trade practices. The company is adopting the procedure to dodge the customers by previously booking the item and after raising the bill to which the advance payment has been received by the company and afterwards on continuous follow up has no other option than to return the payment received and this way adopting Unfair trade practices adopted.
6. This way the Company which is adopting fraudulent and Unfair Trade practices is liable to be a penalty What is unfair trade practices under Consumer Protection Act?
7. The term “unfair trade practice” describes the use of deceptive, fraudulent, or unethical methods to gain business advantage or to cause injury to a consumer. Unfair trade practices are considered unlawful under the Consumer Protection Act.

however thay give vijaya classic rice and past the sticker of Loos sona masoori raw rice.

On 10 January, 2024 at around 2 p.m. after I've done my shopping I was about to leave the mall. Then the security guard stopped me and I showed him the bill which I thought was normal but after that he inappropriately started to check all my personal stuffs without my consent which a security guard doesn't have the right to. Then he started to accuse me of shoplifting my school notebook where my name was already written in the notebook also their mall doesn't even have or sell that kind of notebook. After that he accused me of shoplifting two Rs. 10 worth yellow marie light biscuits which I bought yesterday from another store and was already there in my bag also their mall didn't even have those biscuits at that time. Their security guard even called someone to check if they have that kind of stuffs in your mall but found that the items they were accusing me of shoplifting were not even there at their store at that time. They were so happy to go through my personal stuffs and accuse me of doing something that I never did. When their security guards found out that their mall doesn't even have those items that I was accused of shoplifting, they did nothing. They didn't even apologize for traumatizing me throughout the whole time. Instead they just walked away as if nothing happened. When people make mistakes they apologize which their security guards never did to me. Now, this incident has traumatized me so much that I'm having trust issues to shop again. Security guards are meant for security purpose not for traumatizing the people by accusing of doing something they didn't do in the first place. Before entering the store the security guards already tie down the chains. Also there are CCTVs already in their store and I even asked their security guards to show me that because a shop doesn't have the right to falsely accuse someone of shoplifting without any proof that too by security guards but I was denied. Their security guards were accusing me of shoplifting those biscuits which their store didn't have in the first place that too Rs. 10 in price. Also a store cannot stop a person before leaving and accuse someone of shoplifting an item just because that item isn't bought from that store and that is not even legal and I know my rights. Their security guard even threatened me to throw me out of the store when I confronted him for falsely accusing me of shoplifting. I deserved an apology from their store for all the harassment I received from their security guards but instead I only got trauma. I went to the mall to shop not to be traumatized to the fact that I've developed serious trust issues now to shop in my life again. Imagine if it happened to you or any of your family members. What would you have done? Would you be happy about that? Obviously not. If this how the security guards treat the female customers who shop alone at malls then that's really scary. Seriously this is how the security guards treat girls and the younger generation. Everyone was shocked when I told about them my traumatizing experience and the fact that I didn't even receive an apology for false accusation is even more scary and shocking. Please take this issue seriously before facing the consequences of this inhumane situation. I deserve a public apology for the false allegations that the security guards of Vishal Mega Mart made against me.

I order online and payed online. After cancel order I didn't recieved my money back.
Pls refund my money as soon as possible.

Before 2 months back we bought 2 steel at bottle from Vishal mega Mart, for my kids, 1 St I took bottle to home there is wiered smell was in that bottle, so I add liquid soap and hot water in it wash, it next day morning my kids took bottle to school, daily i wash that, after 15 days later one day I checked bottle there was very bad smell in it, then I took bottle to Vishal mega Mart shimoga, we directly contact with manager and gave bottle and told to smell it, he refused to took action against our complaint, argument and some other customer also support us after heat argument he took complaint I told we will call you, again 1 month later we went to their again he told there is no defects in our piece you should buy the bottle in exchange of that bottles we again check bottles in store there was a smell in that, we spoke with another manager he also told there is no smell in bottles, so I request to company please take serious action on it otherwise you will pay for it

I went grocery shopping at Vishal; mega mart Khandwa (450001) purchased a few items along with detergent and handwash. they charged 37 rs tax on MRP of 230 rs and on handwash also they charged taxes. I don't think so its legal to charge taxes on MRP of the products....

Bought 3L tandem cooker from Vishal Megamart Ghaziabad. Stopped working after 3 days. Now there's no customer service for Tandem or Vishal. This is useless product. Why are they selling it in their stores is surprising.
