Escorts Finance Limited — NONPAYMENT OF FIXED DEPOSIT AFTER MATURITY DATE

I have taken FD which are matured as given below

Maturity value is not paid me so far.No communication is received from the company in spite of submission of FDRs.

Please refer to my FDR No.XN15/CDO5001765 dated 11.3.2005 for Rs.15000/- which has been matured on 2.3.2006. Despite several visits and writing letters to Escorts Finance Ltd., duly received, I have not received the above matured amount so far. Now, I have to deposit the fees of my son and daughter to their school with arrears of enhanced fee structure alongwith fee for the year 2009-10. You are requested to pay the matured amount with interest till date at the earliest.

I am a senior citizen and am suffering from heart disease and have to take medicines daily as per monthly medical consultations. Needless to say that these amount to a large sum in addition to the usual domestic expenses and I am very much dependant on the returns from my deposits.

I have been told to send copies of my reciepts to the Escorts Finance Hardship committee and have sent the same twice, the last on 18th February, 2009.

Till date I have not recieved any update on the satus of the same.

Please refer to my FDR NO.XN08/0022265 dated17/11/2000 for Rs 10000/- which has been matured on17.11.2005.I had sent orginal reciept to your address but have not recieved the maturity amount so for.you are requested to pay the matured amt. with interest till date at the earliest.

Me and my wife too had FDs with Escorts Finance, which have not been honoured. Repeated visits to the company office does not serve any purpose. I have heard of a Hardship Committee which looks into resolution of such matters. Can I know how to approch this and get my money back.

I have every proofs for the same. I didn't receive any confirmation of receipt and no response for long time. I have mailed to lenevo team, third party consultants team and also to local dealer regarding the same. I have mailed so many times to But I have not received proper response from any body and still I didn't receive my diwali gifts. Requesting your help in this regards.

I and my wife have deposited Rs 17568/= each in two different accounts in fixed deposite scheme of ESCORT Finance Limited on dated 25.08.2003. Maturity date was 18.08.2006. After maturity date we have been writing to the company but no response has been recieved so far. Once I was advised to write and send original letter to hard ship committee which we have done. The original papers were sent on 24.09.2008. After this date I have been regularily writing to the company and hard ship committee but no response is recieved.

I am 80 yrs old suffering from diabetese, impaired vision and several other ailments. My fixed deposit no. XE 02/CD[protected]A/C No. XE 02/0121541) matured 0n 15/11/2005 and the maturity value is Rs. 47329/-. Almost six years have elapsed and payment has not been received as yet despite protracted correspondence (Regd Letter no. 2156 dtd 06/09/2010 and speed post letter no. SPEW[protected]H) with the Hardship Committee. You will please appreciate that old age itself is a disease. Owing to financial stringency it is not possible to make both ends meet and also continuous intake of medicines can not be afforded. An urgent release of the maturity proceeds would mitigate my financial hardship and would enable me to live the remaining years of my life better.
