Essar Oil Ltd./ non convertible debenture — non redemption of ncd

Redemption of Essar Oil Ltd.NCDs was due in 2003, April. I have so far not received any ammount with interest due on my debentures ( Folio No : EO 134834, Certificate No 89492)

Respected sir,

Essar oil have said to resume its trading in equity after buyback in february 2017.But till now, its trading has not started.i just want to know when will trading starts.I just need to know, why it is doing so much delay in resuming its trading in equity..
