There is a lot of petrol scam going on here especially the bearded guy working there is very bad and tough he is doing most of the scam.

Today i fill 300 rs petrol in my bike. After filling when i ask for air they told compressor is not working last month also i am passing through same area and went to same petrol pump that time also they reply same after filling petrol.

Almost all pumps in haldia are not providing free air from past long time.

Faulty product and rude behaviour,
Essar petrol pump on gaushala road near abrol nagar in pathankot is serving water mix petrol which seized my moterbike engine. On complaning to the staff and the owner they are not accepting their mistake and refused to lodge our complaint. We have the recorded video of their faulty products also. Pls do the needful to punish these cheaters. The owner and staff also refused to check the quality of petrol.

I am a regular customer of essar since the petrol pump started working at kanina and berli kalan in rewari, haryana.
The attendants directs you to big nozzle for filling diesel and do not lock while filling making excuses and on asking why so had no answer. Filling is done manually operating the nozzle with frequent on and off. Therefore the quantity filled up less then the shown/ charged.
Even rates are not updated on day to day basis f down ward.

Request investigate as to why customers are directed for filling to big nozzle which can not be locked and the rates on these particular dates. Regards

Non-Payment of Debenture Amount.
