[Resolved]  Euroclean Ace Vacuum Cleaner — not attending to service complaint

I had purchased Euroclean Ace vacuum cleaner on 15/3/2008. The flexible hoe broke off and i got it replaced on 8/4/2010 paying Rs 720. Again the ame problem came up and I lodged a complaint with them at the number[protected]which is the euro helpline. Complaint # is 86098860. They said it will be attended to in 48 hrs but till this point nothing has happened. daily I keep trying their number and I get the same reply. For this we ensure that someone is at home whenever the ervice person comes but how long can we take leave from our job? First of all the design appear to be faulty which is why we need to spend Rs 700-800/year. Now for the past 20 day the machine is lying unusable becaue of poor service. In fact the firt time we complained it wa december 10th. o from that day we are wasting time and phone calls trying to set the machine right. Now it appears our invetment of Rs 7500 on this is a dead invetment. Kindly do something about this.

Euroclean Ace Vacuum Cleaner — REPAIRING SERVICES NOT PROVIDED

Dear Sir / Madam,

I think now there is no one to listen to consumers now a days. I m tired and also fed up irritated and upset now calling euro clean ace and i think that company should shut down and close their business because they want to reply to their customer complaints. i have been calling since last 3 months and they have not responded to my call for repairing my EUROACE VACCUM CLEANER .
I am residing at Thanjavur . so, I need a service number in the surroundig area for servicing my euroclen vacum cleaner.
Our euroclean is not working i have been complaining to service it the mechanic is showing a deaf ear to it
at least now semd a mechanic
