[Resolved]  eWebGuru — Pathetic Service

Sir this company ewebguru has caused me too much harassment. This is what i have emailed to its owner.


Mr. Ashok,
I have been told you are the owner of this company . I say this because i dont believe in any of your agents.
For the past 1 week I have been unsuccessfully trying to help my case but to no avail. Hence this email.

Now the problem is that I have a plan Windows Hosting - Basic Plan (Plesk)
I have been facing trouble with one of the site since the past week. I tried contacting you guys day in and day out but all your phones are either dead or are somehow magically switched off .Noone responds for hours before you can talk to a guy on your chat system. And even if you get someone online they take ages to respond .I am pasting the chat transcripts below .If you care u may go through it and find the rudeness in your agents and the harassment i have been caused.

A guy Jaipal tells me on the phone when i call him and ask to speak to a manager that he is everything of this company and whatever concern I have will be dealt as per his convinience . Even when i threatened to take legal action he mocks and says " see you in court " . Is this customer service? Or should we live with it?

Then somehow Mr. Jaipal assures me that my site would be up and functional in another 1 hours time. Icall back in an hour he says thier is some problem it would take 10 mins more.I call again in 0 mins he says it will take 2 more hours in such a relaxed way as if what he is doing is charity .Nevertheless I keep my cool and call after 2 hours again .He is not in office

I meet someone called kapil.This gentleman says that it is my fault that the site if functioning this way. The kind of tech guys our company has can provide loads better customer service if not technical assistance in comparision to our out of place and poorly brought up pagans.He tells me there is a serious issue and that it would take time .How much ? He doesnt know. So i have to keep waiting for his Majesty.

He was supposed to leave an email after he completes the work. i dont recieve any . and when i call again he too has left for the day . later on the day i foolow up with Kamal who tells he doesnt handle support and that all support personel had left for the day. So i am waiting till date..

I hope I get a response early else I would have no option but to take legal action .

Seems not a professional company, we received 2 e-invoice of rs. 5K + and Rs.490. Since we already paid 5K in advance last year they cancelled the same on our request. balance of rs. 490- payment we sent RTGS request to our bank dtd. 29/6/11.

on 2/7/11 we received an reply stating payment yet to receive. We checked from bank and came to know that said payment already credited dtd. 30/6/11. Finally since 3/7/11 ewebguru barred our services and now no one is there to respond / resume our services. now we are helpless to serve our customers and under heavy loss every second..

Is there any one who can help us by providing Contact details of Mr. Ashok Arora .
