Unauthorised trades in residential colony.
Dakshin Puri Block-F New Delhi-62, is a residential colony with no unauthorized commercial activity except the following: an auto repair shop, and a caterer (tent decorator), both located in a corner house of street. The street has a single or one side, opposite this street MCD primary school is located.

The caterer shop keeps their all things like tables, chairs, tent pipes, bartan etc on road and street side, they cover all street and road corner with thier things; and don't give the space to any body.

In case of emergency or if needed no one can park thier vehicle near road side because they cover everything.

The address of this shop is F-649 Dakshin puri New Delhi-110062.

As per my understanding as law one commerical shop can be opened in residential colony.

Since the above activities are prohibited by law, one would expect the Police to enforce the Law. But no! The Police want us residents to lodge a written complaint before they take any action.
Complain against these law-breakers? One has to be mad or suicidal, or both to do that.
What's the way out?
