Expedia.co.in has not refunded my money even after calling them for 2 months. The reservation was cancelled because the airline had cancelled the flight. Expedia confirmed that they recieved the money bak from the airline and a month later, they still haven't refunded me. Why are they keeping my money without any reason. The customer service is horrible!!! Please do not use expedia for anything. Was this information helpful? |
