Before proceeding booking via EXPEDIA pls read this how a individual suffered via expedia hotel booking
i have booked a hotel (citin masjid - malaysia ) once after checkin no service at all when i checked with concerns no response
1. No room service
2.No towel room was dirty
3.No aircon
even when i checking i told abt booked via expedia so thay said its third party u have to wait
i have booked for superior queen bed they given me 2 single bed and lots of mosquitos i stayed there 5 days in that they changed 4 rooms there r so many issues my entire journey wasted bcoz of all thing fighting with hotel concerns like towel,makeup room .
After reaching india once i complained daily i spok 5times to expedia customer care they put on hold for min 30min and disconnect finally they accepted for compensation of INR 1,500 but i spent more that 60,000 for my travel.no response for expedia
FRIENDS BEFORE BOOKING PLS READ,the problem is only with hotel but epedia is making money they r not suffering only customers suffers by booking via EXPEDIA Was this information helpful? |
