[Resolved]  Ezone — AC not delivered

Am an unfortunate customer who bought AC from your showroom located luz Church Road, Mylapore , chennai 600 004.

The model chosen was hitachi Kaze plus RA vide receipt number : 0000317 . SO no : [protected]. Date of purchase : 13 April 2013. It's 20 April today and still I haven't got my product delivered nor installed. It's a totally frustrating experience doing a transaction with you. Worse still, I have been promised delivery next week after repeated follow up this week by atleast 10 times. I have been told delivery will be by thursday, moved to friday , then to saturday and now to Monday.

As a reactionary measure, I am writing this in every online forum, quoting your shop, transaction details & this nasty experience so that people can be incepted with the thought of thinking twice before choosing e zone.

Contact person regarding AC - Bala . Mobile no[protected]. Its totally sickening experience - Selling a product which you dont have, then placing a order to buy it and then quoting delay in that order.

Kindly note that no customer is guinea pig to your bania business tactics. We pay money and expect product to be delivered at the earliest. thats it.

vijay engineers — non delivery

dear sir,
we have send document on 28/11/08 to THE GENERAL MANAGER, GUN FACTORY, JABALPUR.(MIN.OF DEFENCE) PIN.:482011 FROM VIJAY THANE PIN:400601.
YET NOT RECD.BY GCF, JABALPUR.
PL.FEEDBACK AT EARLIEST, AS IT IS A DEFENCE DOCUMENT.

eZone — Scrapped Product delivered

I wanted to Gift my Mom a Microwave Owen for Ugadi, I went to a Ezone-Hebbal(Bangalore) for a purchase on 21/03/2009. A sales rep Chinappa suggested a LG microwave owen. which was really good... i inquired the price he told me that we offer at a very reasonable price..it will be very cheaper price compared to any other showroom price.. he offered the product at very good price.. i was about to make a payment than i was told that they don't have stack now, it will delivered in next 3 days. I paid whole amount with a confirmation that i will receive the microwave Owen in another 3 days.

There were no signs of getting Owen on promised date. It was a 4th day(25/03/2009) i called up the ezone guys in the showroom.. No one responded to any of my calls.. later i called to ezone customer care, they promised me that they will respond immediately.. nothing turned up.

on 5th day Chinnapa(sales rep) calls me that he was not aware that product was not delivered yet he assures me that by 27/03/2009 you will defiantly get the owen.

On the 6th day. again chinnapa assure me that it will be delivered by 4 pm.After being waiting for 6 days it arrives finally at 6.30 pm. My mom takes a delivery. Owen was loosely packed, and in the altogether different owen's pack. my mom asks why it was not packed properly, ezone guys convice her telling that they got the product directly from there warehouse.

After Ezone guys left we realize that Owen as scratches every where and also it doesn't have all the items listed in the manual. and it was looking very old. They had delivered the scraped display Owen to us.Now chinappa doesn't answer to any of my calls.

Initially they had told us that they don't have a new Owen, to get a new one it would take max of 3 days. after been waiting for a week they have delivered the scrapped display piece to us..

when we revisit the store initially everyone was in denial mode, later they accept that they had made a mistake.. They tell us that they don't have a new model, as we were pushing to deliver the product soon. so they had delivered this scrapped Owen. After a great argument with staff and manager we returned the scrapped Owen.

Be careful, they may be finding a new owner for that scrapped Owen!!

e zone — Non delivery of 2 LG 19 inch LCD screens

Hi Ibrahim,

This has reference to the Non delivery of 2 nos. LG 19 inch LCD screens from last one and half months. I have been continuously following up for last so many weeks and I have been promised every week that the same would be delivered soon.
I am now totally disgusted at the type of service being provided to a customer who has made purchases of over Rs. 2 Lacs

I need a concrete commitment in writing as to when this will be delivered as I have lost faith on such a reputed brand E zone.

I was further shocked to note that the same 19 inch LG LCD were being offered as a part of fresh scheme from the LG under some exchange offer and were also available at some of the E zone stores. This is really very bad treatment for customers.

If you still do not have the same 19 inch screens, I was ready at the time of purchase to buy a bigger LCD by paying differential amount of some other brands also. Pl. recheck if I can do the same at least now.

Hope you will escalate the matter and deliver the 2 LCDs at the earliest.

e zone — Non Delivery & Evasive Replies

Dear Sir / Madam,

We purchased a Marantz AV receiver & speakers last week & paid in full for the same vide receipt no [protected]. We were assured delivery by Sat the 15th May 2010.

In spite of repeated follow ups over the phone no one has taken ownership to address our concern which is non delivery of the product.

The people who answer the phone assure that it will be delivered by end of the day & keep us waiting. This is happening every day.

The store manager at Koramangala refuses to come on the phone & address our queries. The pain is waiting for the product, while we have made the full payment.

Moreover while on the phone i have overheard staff talking to other staff ridiculing me by saying that customer is very “Garam, Cool Karna Hai”.

There is no RESPONSE AT ALL on the toll free number which is [protected].

This kind of behavior is unacceptable & unfortunate to say that service rendered is pathetic.

eZone — Not delivering the product after full payment

I had made the full payment for IFB washing machine at EZONE, Rajajinagar,Bangalore on 14/08/2010 vide-Receipt no-[protected].As per commitment by the showroom the product would be delivered within 48 hours.
But after 20 days also, the item has not been delivered even after repeated request.

e zone — Promised goods not delivered

I have purchased LG LED TV worth 47,000 Rs from E ZONE located at Shipra Mall Gaziabad on 20th October 2010. They have offered me a Free Dinner Set worth Rs 3500. However they have delivered only TV set to me and the Dinner set is still pending. I have contacted them more than 20 times. every time they give excuses and promise to deliver the Dinner Set by Next day evening at my residance address. It is more than 13 days now and I am still waiting for the Supply. I would like to Logde a complaint against the E Zone for deficiency in Services.

I have purchased Samsung LCD worth 33, 000 Rs from E ZONE located at Indira Nagar Bangalore on 06th March 2011. They have committed me to delivery and installation will be done by next day. However they have delivered till now only. I have contacted them more than 20 times. Every time E-zone Manager " Moshin" and Service engineer "Vijay" they give excuses "Delivery team is on the way" and promise to deliver the same with in 30 min. It is more than 10 hours now and I am still waiting for the Supply. I would like to Logde a complaint against the E Zone for deficiency in Services.
