[Resolved]  Ezone — Extremely low quality product and false commitment

I purchased a sofa set and a dining table from eZone Mani Square.
When I purchased I was promised that eZone will give lifetime service for the products they sold.

With in the warrenty period the Sofa set started deforming and now it is in a deformed state. Similarly the glass dining table started rusting.

I called them few times and also personally visited the store to lodge a complaint. I always gets a false promise that somebody will come and fix it, but so far no body has even called me or visited. eZone has cheated me with false promise and providing low grade products.
