I tried recharging with ezrecharge.in to my tatadocomo number with 150/- and they have charged 8/-for internet. fine but I could not get my number recharged with the amount.
Rs 158/- got debited from ICICI account.
I am not sure this ezrechrge.in fellows wantedly doing this.
Hi sherin, its gud to appreciating people., see but why should'nt they resolve the internet issue, why should we put a mail and then the problem get resolved. why should we spend time on that. As we might not find the time to gou out and get the our number recharged, thats y we are opting for the internet and paying extra for that.

Once you done with your payment you will receive a message like, your internet is slow, not able to proceed. Hahhhahha this is a funny thing, till here the internet works fast, suddenly it gets slow or what???
But our money will get debited from the bank account.
After this we need to keep on sending mails to this junk customer care people, but hardly you will get a response.

why cant you send an auto SMS/e-mail for an unsuccessful transaction with reason and the further steps.

I advice the public not to recharge hereafter from ezrecharge and give notice to all thro website because it is a scam and first time they will do properly and the next time try will take the money because they are sitting only for cheating

due to invalid recharge amount or invalid credentials or invalid mobile number.

Dear all,
I used mtnl.mumbai.in and recharged my mobile number many time (amount: 750 to 2200) but never get any problem.
why not you are using MTNL. I know sometimes its signal strength is poor but it is best service provider in india.

I just now used ezrecharge site to recharge my phone for Rs.500. but after doing the nebtanking gateway completely it did not sent me any confirmation email/sms, and just gave a blank page. Please check and refund/revert this tracation as I see Rs.530 is debited from my account.

Requesting consumer bureau to look into matter of Ez Recharge fraud, lot of peoples are being cheated by this EzREcharge guys.

This ezrecharge portal looked like a good option and so i went ahead considering all the fake promises that they had made online. My mode of payment was Debit through State Bank of India.
My account has not been recharged even now. Not only that, they have very conveniently not given any contact number on which we can complaint about the same. I complained on the one email address that they have posted as contact, and not one of my emails has been replied to
I think its a scam. The CCAvenue payment gateway is also a scam. I need my money back immediately.

ezrecharge is an excellent service. I used it like almost every time now after using it for the first time, and have used it over 10-15 times and never faced a problem.except once there was delay where i recharged at 2 in night but that also got recharged before i got up in morning. I guess most of the people u have problems is either coz of lack of knowledge on how to use, some wrong info or slow internet. Even if something goes wrong u dont need to brawl over it. If payment is made and order not generated and balance not charged then surely u get payment back from bank back in account.. Its nothing they can do in that.
Just like everyone else, I was searching for a site thorugh which I could recharge my IDEA mobile.I came across this EzRecharge site where I registerd and paid 300Rs to recharge my IDEA mobile.
I even sent out mails and feedback to the admin of that site many times and quite ironically I could not send a feedback with the same Track ID more than once...
And they do not have a customer care number. Kindly look into this matter and if you cannot recharge my mobile, credit the amount that you have taken(316 Rs) as soon as possible.

dear sir/madam,my balance got deducted from account rs100 but no recharge was done to my cell phone.
i got email frmm ccavenue also regarding this that within 2 working days it will get recredited but till now no proper response has been viewed.. it got deducted on 17th april 2011
they r tracking all the complaints and responding properly !
