I recharged for sundirect drh pack 225 but still the account hasnt been renewed, here is the transaction ID[protected]

I recharged my sundirect for 758 today.my amount has been debited from my A/c account. my dth didn’t get recharged now.and they are not giving my refund

Not refunded its been 7 days ...please refund

My amount was deducted, Sundirect recharge was not successful

I reacharged for my dth in rz recharge web site
But its not credited . It's been 5 hours and I recharge another one and it's credited in few minutes I want my money please do something

Hi Team,

I have done my Sun direct recharge through ezrecharge portal, 1373 Indian rupees got deducted but sun direct recharge failed by stating "Sundirect Plans have changed so recharge got failed due to invalid denomination so we refund the money back to your sun direct account", but it is been a month now still i didn't received any refund money.

Please help me to get my refund.

On 28/02/2023 (Yesterday night) I recharged my home Sun Direct DTH connection SIM [protected] for Rs.1039 but it was not recharged then. In this regard i try to contact ezrecharge and forwarded 2-3 mail through your app by showing above complaint. But no response received from your side either by phone or mail.

Wrongly mentioned the recharge plan in ezRecharge so i followed the same so that the amount also deducted with taxes Please refund me

I recharged my sun direct DTH through ezrecharge.in and my customer id of sundirect is [protected]. I recharged for rs.242 and service charge of that is 13. Totally 255rs i paid. Reference number of transferring money to ezrecharge is[protected]. I paid at afternoon 12.51 pm. I called the customer care of sun direct and they telling recharge process not yet done. Then i called to customer care of ezrecharge. They are not responding well and i want my money back. Kindly take action regarding this.

255 amount cut my account but recharge not successful refund amount please

I've tried recharging my home's Sundirect D2H. Amount of 1424/- debited from my account but recharge was not successful. Moreover they haven't provided proper information to get refund and they transferred all amount to their website wallet. And I'm use the balance from wallet and couldn't transfer it to my account also.
They haven't provided proper customer support also.
I'm requesting you, Please help me in this situation and resolve my issue as soon as possible

Recharge amount debited from account but no recharge

I done a sun direct tamil value pack recharge of 255 rs via my hdfc netbanking using this exrecharge portal.. But my money only debited and the rechargr was unsuccessful.. But till now my money was not refunded and also the recharge was not done yet now

I had done DTH recharge of 1, 629, recharge didn't reflect and money got deducted from my account
Please refund my money

EzRecharge — I had recharged my sun tv d2h for a sum of 216 with gst and the amount was successfully deducted but my d2h is still not recharged.

I had recharged my videocon d2h for 1314 and they successfully deducted my money from a/c but i havent received my recharge yet.

I have done a recharge of 899/ recently using the website https://ezrecharge.in/ .First they charge additional tax of 21(Never seen it anywhere) and after the recharge done it shows transaction successful but no recharge has been done ever since.

On the next day when you try to reach their customer support (surprise) they don't even have a customer care number.When you email them regarding your concern they don't even care whether the recharge has been done, they show you their transaction page.Even after multiple complain they don't even respond.

This is the 6th day, after I saw so many people complained about it, then I realised it's a SCAM .However I could not understand how a company like this even exist in current digital world where many build their business over transparency and trust.Can anyone help me out ? How can I get my hard earned money back ?

I request my fellow netizens to avoid this company and report it where it reach the right people.

Today i have a call from this [protected] number and he will clear all my bank account please find this person, the call is regarding refunding for my last recharge by the use of quick support application he will clear all my account balance.. dont use that application

Ezrecharge i was recharge on my bsnl mobile no. May 5 with 399/- rupees
But i did not get any recharge
I was complaint to there customer care but there is no response
Firstly i want to say that why google show this fake site on top while searching..
Refund my money as soon as possible
This site is totally fake
Please block this on google...

Hi team,

I have recharged yesterday on vodafone network for rs349 including gst 357. As of now, i haven't received the amount. Pinged the team through chat but no response. Worst service i have ever experienced.

Try to reply or mail regarding this else refund the amount.

Recharge done for the number [protected].

If this is not resolved i would like to escalate it.

FYI - I need the full amount including gst.

I have recharged for two BSNL numbers at 16/04/2019. Payment was deducted but recharge not yet done. I leave a message to your website regarding this issue. And I tried to contact you via your customer care number but that is not working.

Fraudulent website ever. I leave a message to their mail more than 10 times but they don't give any proper reply. And the customer care number of ezrecharge is full of fake. This website is totally fake and a irresponsible website ever I have seen.
I want my money back as soon as possible
