Family Gas — cheated by representative

One of the family gas representative came to us and asked for booking gas connection on any company like ,bharat gas', 'hp', 'indengas'. When i went to take the connection i recognize that the company was private belonging. At the gas station the manager didn't accept my complain. He said that how could i know whatever the representative have promised to you? I loss my 100rs to booking the connection
