[Resolved]  fashnova.com — money debited order not received

I have purchased a Killer Bag(Product ID: SS11-KBG-20) online in a portal www.fashnvia.com. My purchase Order is 81241. I have tried to contact them on phone which they have mentioned int the portal[protected], but the number is no longer working. I have sent few emails to [protected]@fashnvia.com, but there is no response apart from automated response.

Please take necessary action and made them to ship my item or else made them to refund my amount.

Please reach me on [protected], in case i[censored] need more clarification.

I have placed order on fashnvia on dated 07-Apr-2011 with order number#100330. But till today (27-Apr-2011) there is no update on shipment. I have send three mail but there is no reply from them. I have trying reach then on call but that is either busy or no one is picking up. Please cancel my order and please repay my money. I urges people to do not buy anything on this site.

I had placed the order no. 92979 on 26th march and 101560 on 18th april but till date I haven't received my orders.
I have tried mailing them a lot of times, but no reply.
Yesterday I tried the no. provided on their site, but someone disconnected my phone saying its a wrong no.

I bought a coupon code to get discount from sites selling coupon for fashnvia.com. I once entered it but buy now button didn't work (showing code was correctly bought). Then I reloaded page and input it, then it didnot accept the code, saying "already used/ Invalid/ Blocked. Contact support". Then I have tried to contact support many times but fashnvia is a fraud. They have put only one person/number for suppport and I have written them 5 times for support but not a single was replied. On calling by phone ring goes on but nobody answers to call!! and then other times the number is busy, perhaps the support staff is busy chatting with his/her relatives. Time is no concern for them. It has been over one week! I came across several complaints at "http:/Www.Consumercourtforum.In/F5/Fashnvia-com-41572/#Post68869" where their product was even not delivered.

I purchased online a pair of shoes with Order No. 105432 & model no. on Dt.[protected] by "FASHNVIA.COM". They claimed their service with slogan "Original Brands : Top Quality : FREE Shipping : Quick Delivery : Honest."
After passing 7 days I checked my account status regarding delivery of my order on the site of FASHNVIA.COM, which shows me the status pending. I inquired about this telephonically. The person answered that the order i placed yet not received at their end, so they would not deliver it up to another one week. But still yet on 20th may, 2011 I found status of my order pending and no body is picking up phone. So, how the promoters like FASHNVIA.COM claims to fulfill the words of their "slogan". Now, after so many days, I mailed them to request to refund my money. Hope, they will refund my full amount..!! I have left no option but to complain here for the justice.

Fashnvia and Dealsandyou both are big cheaters and you can just type in search option FASHNVIA you will get a long list of same type of complaints, please let me know also, if their is any legal procedure to teach them a lesson... they are nothing but just bluddy cheaters

i have ordered one locket fron fashnvia.com, an online shopping site i have ordered it on 18th of may bt till now the order is pending i called them several times bt i didn't get any response from them......i have mailed fashnvia several times regarding my order but they didn't respond...............my order number is 107580 and fashnvia contact num is [protected]...................plz take some action ASAP

I made a purchase from fashnvia.com on 18 May and it;s still to delivered to me. The are making promise everyday but not sending the product ordered for. They strongly said we deliver product in 2-3 days. They say we ship fast, I don't know what kind of fast shipping it is.

I had ordered a T-shirt on fashnvia.com on 27-Apr-2011 but still hasnt received my item. I have written several emails to them but they hardly reply or at best they write that they will dispatch as soon as possible. Their helpline number is also always engaged. So I am concluding that they are a fraud establishment. So I would like to warn fellow consumers not to fall pray to fashnvia.com.

i placed an order with fashnvia.com, an online shopping portal on the 23rd May, 2011.
they claim to deliver within 7 working days.But i still have not received any product.
They are not contactable via call or mail.

I had placed an order on the website www.fashnvia.com, the details of the same are as under:
Order No.: 103107 dated: 28/4/2011. I have received two out of four items from the order. I have been sending emails and contacting their customer care nos. but no proper response is there. On 27/05/2011 i have received a email from them stating as the pending items are out of stock i can opt for some other good or i can have refund, to which i have replied that i donot want any other goods and i need refund, but there has been no response since.
The site promises delivery with one week to maximum four weeks, but it is very disappointing they are not abiding by what is promised.
Kindly look into the matter.

Hi, I am one of the regular customer of Fashnvia.com which is an online store where we can shop apparels, foot wear and other accessories. So far i have purchased nearly around 30K worth of products from them.
the latest purchase I have made total of 8 products on April 08. So far i have received only 3 products out of 8. I have called so many times & mailed them and asked about the pending product status. They use to say the stock of those products are not delivered from the actual product maker. Its been 2 months that i have ordered the same. Still they are saying the same reason for the delay.
Even i have asked to refund the amount for those product which cant be delivered. They are not ready for that also.

Recently i have tried call 100 times, they are not picking my call and there are no response for my mail also.

Actually they are showing the latest brands of apparels and other accessories which are not in their stores. Customer like who likes some product do the order cant get it as per the expectation of the product would be delivered within a week or 2. They are not updating their site properly with the stock they avail in their store.

If they cant able to make the purchase that customer ordered, they by themself not updating the customers. This is not acceptable at all. How long can the customer wait for the products? Max of one month would be toleratable. But for my case its been 2 months.

I am totally fed up with their service. Thats why i am raising this complaint.
Please help me to get me the product or my amount.
