[Resolved] Fast Track Chennai — service denial on a critical time | |||
Chennai Fast track had failed to inform me about the cancellation of the booking no 358 on 2nd september 2011. I booked a taxi for my bride and bride groom to go to thiruneer malai. and requested the taxi to come at 4 am on 2nd sep. When i called at 4.15 they say that the booking had been canclled. Marriage was delayed by 20 mins. We were not able to reach the destination on time. I need to know as to what went worng. I would request ministery of consumer affair to look into this. Their managers are not responsive. this sitiuation was a do or die situation. All my friends and family was there in the destination and Fast track ruined couples' beginning as they missed murutham. Please let me know if i can get a response if i get a information on RTI act as to what caused the this issue. Was this information helpful? | |||
