Never use this taxi service. They take your booking, provide a confirmation number and do not turn up. Happened twice to us in the space of 5 days.
The first instance was on Friday, Aug 17, 2012 when they gave a booking number and never turned up. Since the distance was short and I could get a ride it was not too much an issue.
Today evening of Aug 21 they were supposed to take a cousin to the airport. Booking was done in the morning for a 9.45 p.m. pick up. After following up from 8.20 p.m. we finally got the number of the driver at 9.10 p.m. Found out he was in Majestic - almost 1 hour away from our house. The call center will tell you they will call back when you enquire, but they never do. Was this information helpful? |
