Fast Track Taxi Service — Taxi not arranged despite having issued booking ID 30291 of[protected]

Having been assigned to catch Tiger Airways fligh at 11-00 PM, I booked a call taxi At 17-06 hrs on 10-11-15 and call accepted under ID 30291 to arrange at 9 PM.Despite my regular attempts from 19-45 hrs to know about Vehicle No arranged and Driver's mobile No, I could not contact the Fast Track No[protected] and no message on from FT was also received.Having lost confidence at 20-50 hrs, I was forced to seek assistance from my neighbor to reach the airport on time. strangely while waiting to board the flight, I got a call from one driver at 22-50 Pm(mobile no [protected])asking me as to he can come to pick up me to airport !and out of frustration I shouted and thanked him ironically.. This kind of service does not add any credit to FT and being Diwali day, they could have refused to oblige against my request or at least had the courtesy to inform me in time their inability to send the taxi-say by 20-00-but for reasons best known to them only, they preferred to remain silent Lesson Learnt--one should not place order for taxi on FT during festival days !!!
