Fiat India Fiat Punto — delay in fixing the car and lying to the customer | |||
Thank you for listening my complaint, my complaint is that my driver nakul bhaiya hit a bolder from my car fiat punto to save a pedestrian crossing the road because of this my car had some damage and I was sitting on the passenger side and hit my head on the wind screen therefore the wind screen got cracked but I did not injure myself due to this I had to get my car toed from a crane to vasant kunj to the fiat serive station and for a day they kept my car outside the station because they had an excuse that they could not keep the car because there service station was getting shut down and that is a lie so the next day the sent my car to the moti nagar fiat station, and there the car was standing there for a good ten days and when I called they said that the insurance people are taking long, and I did not have a problem with any of that but after the insurece its been almost a month they have been telling me that the parts are being gotten from pune so it takes time to dispatch but now i can't take this pain any more please do something about this and they don't even give me an answer and not pick up my calls and I need the car for my everyday use because I work .
