fake commitments, fake statements that they value their customers opinion...but this disgusting firm irritated me to the core by heights of irresponsibility towards our couriers n least concern towards their customers.
i sent an email, asking for an explaination, thrice on the addressess provided on their website but nobody responded.the ph no.s provided on the website are never answered.
i really agree that the concerned forum should be reported against their disgusting services as well as behaviour.the first flight management should literaly be screwed for taking its customers n their couriers for granted...
