I HAVE BOOKED MY PERSONNEL CARGO (12 PACKAGES) THROUGH FIRST FLIGHT COLLECTION CENTER IN NAGERCOIL AS ON DATE 03/06/2011 TO SURAT.

AND AFTER BOOKING THEY ALLOTTED cARGO REF NO : [protected] . But till date that consignment has not deliver to Surat,

Last ten days am repeatedly make a call to Both Nagercoil and Surat OFFICE, But they are unable give proper response .

You are requested to kindly do the needful and take proper action against them for Smooth delivery of cargo .
