My Head office from Mumbai had sent Consignment # B13122130 to be delivered on 31st July, 2013. What I understand from this is that in paper and logs the parcel is delivered but in reality nobody is bothered and the customer who is waiting has to call the service # numerous time to get an idea of where the consignment is and only to hear that it will be delivered today. There is no courtesy to give rational explanation to the delay of 2 days. FYI, I still haven't received my consignment. Below is the snap shot of the status of the website. I don't have any neighbor by the name Raghu. The website is stating that the consignment is delivered but in reality it is lying somewhere in the branch office in Banaswadi like the previous time when I personally went and collected it as business urgency required me to.

This is the 2nd time this is happening. The previous time, the excuse for not being delivered is that the delivery guys couldn't find the address. It is ironic that when Pizza and Govt. Postal Dept. can find the address but not First Flight Courier Delivery person from Banaswadi. Either the Management is ignorant of such service or just that incompetent people work in this organisation. Because of such late deliveries, it has jeopardized our business in delayed submissions of documents to our clients. Govt. postal service do a far better job than First Flight.
