Dear Sir i have send on doc no-R17614835 dated-01/06/2011 from jaipur to Dehagam (Gandhinagar-Ahmdabad),First flight courier unable to deliverr this doc due to non service area, In this i have send request on mail id-'[protected]@firstflight.net'; '[protected]@firstflight.net'; '[protected]@firstflight.net' and call on Ph:[protected] same request to hold this doc in gandhinagar hub same we will collect from there,but they have return this doc with out infromation and say that we have note received any kind request . I agree .. Firstflight guys are totally un professional and they dont deliver things. I have ordered some items onlien on snapfish.com and they seem to have sent it to me through firstflight. I have not received the courier as of today, its been 2 weeks and when I check the tracking number on firstflight site - it shows as "Delivered". This is a direct way of robing people. When I reached out to them by mails - I am not geetting any response.
Also when I try calling them on their phone numbers - no one picks up the calls.
Not sure how to deal with these guys ! dont see any escelation options as well with these guys.

Kindly take into note that a consignment despatched (No C[protected] on 7/6/11 has been recorded in tracking deleivered on 8th June, 2011 at 11:30 am but we got it delivered only on 10/06/2011 at 12:45 pm.
Why this kind of false informations? and inordinate delays? this is not the first time with first flight always we confront this problem in Nellore. Such a wrong misleading information displayed in tracking is conveniently sends a message to the despatching office that receiver is at fault.
Requested your immediate attention to rectify the malafide practice.
