I Have booked a consignment from Guntur - Mumbai consignment: A66677010 on[protected] and on[protected] still the website tracking is showing dispatched from guntur.I am not able to understand Why first flight is offering very bad service? Still the consignment showing the status dispatched from Guntur. I am trying to call customer care number given on my docket and it 24 Hrs busy.No proper response for the mails sent to customer care also. I experiencing the worst service offered by first flight courier. I have sent two mails so far and there is no feedback so far. I have contacted the booking branch in Guntur, they are not able to give any response on this. This is the worst.....worst....service offered by a courier agency in my life--
