RE: TROUBELING SBI CREDIT CARDHOLDER Vide No:[protected].
This is for your information, that, I am your cardholder since 12 years, my repayments
are very prompt every time. But, in your statements your showing still sum balance amount
for that, I vexed with that, I am informing that your people for sake your goodselves , I hereunder showing my repayment statement which containing ZERO balanace.
18th June 2012 taken Rs,37000/- on 26th June I transferred the same to FLEX PAY
EMI amount Rs.3530.42 ps. My payment details:-
01. 21.07.2012 3500.00 payment mode cheque
02. 30.07.2012 517.00 payment mode cash
03. 18.08.2012 4238.00 payment mode cheque
04. 23.09.2012 3932.00 payment mode cheque
05. 20.10.2012 3980.00 payment mode cash
06. 23.10.2012 24700.00 payment mode cash
TOTAL 40867.00
My bad fate overphone I requested your people Rs.24,700/- convert into flexpay , your people of service deaf ear on my request and again on 24-12-12 I pleased your people, then they given a registered Number[protected] and they informed me your amount was covered into flex pay. This information was came from vide phone No:[protected].
Still in your statements are showing OUTSTANDING amount Due Rs.10,829.11 ps.
But I was shocked and astonished, because as per my payments containing ZERO Balance
This kind of harassing and mental agony to me even though I am aging 60 years.

So, I request your generosity please cancel my credit card and make round off your
statement with ZERO.
