[Resolved]  Flexicell — Money debited, no Airtime given!

Vir die afgelope 5maande vanaf ek aangesluit het het ek nog nooit my airtime ontvang nie maar elke maand word my rekening leeg getrek! Hulle het my ook 2 selfone aangebied sou ek aansluit. Dit ook nooit ontvan nie. Pasop mense!! Hier is fout.

Dear Flexicell,

I have lost my Simcard. I would like to know how long does it take to get the new one? Must I go to the nearest MTN outlet for sinSwap?

Flexicell — Replacing of lost sim card

Sim was lost on 02/02/07
Sim was reported as lost on 02/02/07
Sim has till date not been replaced.
Fee for replacement went off on 25/04
D/O for 4 months has gone off since card was reported lost
Ek dink ons moet almal 'n slag saamstaan en 'n bedrog klagte gaan le. Want elke keer is dit 'n ander storie! Die sim is in die pos of wat se crab ook al. Ek het 'n MTN foon maar hulle se ek moet 'n Vodacom sim he, maar hulle stuur dit ook nie. Vandag het die call Centre (Theo) vir my gese hulle gaan al my agterstallige airtime(5mde) met nuwe Vodacom sim pos. Sal julle op hoogte hou of ek dit ontvang het. Ek is mooi Gtvol!
