However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

Money debited, no Airtime given!

Vir die afgelope 5maande vanaf ek aangesluit het het ek nog nooit my airtime ontvang nie maar elke maand word my rekening leeg getrek! Hulle het my ook 2 selfone aangebied sou ek aansluit. Dit ook nooit ontvan nie. Pasop mense!! Hier is fout....
