[Resolved]  Flight Shop — Deficiency in Services

1. The agent did not tell us, we were suppose to carry the photo and their size for visa on arrival. We once again had to pay 400 Baht for both the persons.

2. The hotel Cholchan, Pattaya did not provide us with the breakfast. We had to pay 940 Baht for 2 days. But the deal was for breakfast included.

3. The Howard Square Boutique Hotel Bangkok was not a good replacement for Ibis Hotel. The breakfast was pathetic and the shower curtain was cut. have also attached a photo of the same. The room number was 714.

4. Safari World was not included in our itinerary, but there were other people who had the same included in their itinerary, and the had paid around Rs. 40,000 per person.
