1. The agent did not tell us, we were suppose to carry the photo and their size for visa on arrival. We once again had to pay 400 Baht for both the persons.
2. The hotel Cholchan, Pattaya did not provide us with the breakfast. We had to pay 940 Baht for 2 days. But the deal was for breakfast included.
3. The Howard Square Boutique Hotel Bangkok was not a good replacement for Ibis Hotel. The breakfast was pathetic...

Fake tickets issued & money taken

I have to complain against FLIGHT SHOP, V3S MALL, LAXMI NAGAR.
We booked our tickets from them for Feb 2012 for Hong Kong, Macau, Disneyland. We were told by their rep NEHA AGNIHOTRI that the total package is for around Rs1.10 Lac, out of which we have to pay Rs78,000 immediately to hold the tickets & as per their procedure they will issue tickets only then, we were never informed about...
