[Resolved]  Flora India — Fraud Website

Through website (www.floraindia.com) I had booked my order online. My order no. is JZ4042 booked on 11th May 2013 for Mother's day which is not delivered yet and unfortunately I have paid the money as well.

Status:
1. They are not picking up my calls at the given numbers [protected] [protected].
2. Nor they (Pooja Sharma and Sachin Kumar) are replying to my mails.

Issue:
1. Since I had used my online banking account to pay the amount I am afraid my account may be hacked.
2. I am not getting any response from these people and not sure what will happen to the money I paid.
3. There are alot of issues raised for this perticular site since year 2009 and no action was taken by the consumer forum.
4. It can be a fake site and government should take proper strict action against them and save their people from such people.

Request you to kindly follow up with this site as it can be fake hacking site.
