No Delivery and No Empathy

I had placed an order for Diwali package to be sent to a relative in India. There was an option for it to be deliereved on the diwali day itsefl 4th November 2021. I recoved an email from Flora India at night saying they are unable to deliver today. Ok, i thought. It happens. I requested to have it delievered the next day and they agreed.

Order not delivered

You ruined the occasion of valentine's day and there is no confirmation on my order status.
Numbers are not reachable no mail communication.
Terrible and pathetic service. Fraudsters.
Money is deducted now give us our order atleast!
Really disappointed!...

Poor quality product and reorder not processed

Hi,

I have ordered flowers, Cake and teddy from FloraIndia.com and the product they delivered was very pathetic apart from flowers.

Teddy : was damaged.. not properly stitched
Cake : poor quality of cake ... taste was very bad

I have raised a complaint with them and they were ready to reorder these stuff again any time.

Now I have follow up with these to reorder the stuff...

Very poor quality

Flowers are totally different compared to what I ordered based on the Web image and the nuts/dry fruits are of very poor quality. Flora India's substitution policy is also deceiving and if they know the flowers are not available during the season, they should take the image off from website. This is definitely the last time I will use their service.

Family members who receive the flowers would never tell bad about the...

Through website (www.floraindia.com) I had booked my order online. My order no. is JZ4042 booked on 11th May 2013 for Mother's day which is not delivered yet and unfortunately I have paid the money as well.

Painful Service, exorbitant charges

I had ordered a Rakhi courier to be delivered to my brother on 13th August, 2010. The edelviery date I provided was 18th August. The cost of service was 775/- INR

The rakhi did not reach on 18th August. When I emailed the customer care, I was told that it will reach before or by Rakshabandhan - which is 24th August.

My brother was called up by a courier guy on 24th and said that they cant find the address but...
