Worst experience ever! I interviewed at Floridaindia.com. I was selected and asked to come to Delhi from Chandigarh. Their office was in a very bad condition. The owners are dominating and don't know how to treat someone. They treated me like a slave. After my selection when I asked for company policies, they never responded to my calls and messages. This is a totally fraud company. Never recommended it. They are unprofessional with No support and no HR Policies. Unprofessional behavior from the company.

    I had placed an order for Diwali package to be sent to a relative in India. There was an option for it to be deliereved on the diwali day itsefl 4th November 2021. I recoved an email from Flora India at night saying they are unable to deliver today. Ok, i thought. It happens. I requested to have it delievered the next day and they agreed.
    Then again, on friday they emailed saying that they cannot deliver on the day also and that the delivery will now be on Monday or they can refund me.

    I emailed back saying how disappointing it is. The package was for my uncle whose wife passed away and it was just something to make his first diwali alone, at least a little loved. As you can imagine, it takes time and effort to go through the ordering process and commit to someone that they will receive something on the day, and then in the end telling them sorry for getting your hopes up high.

    I requested Flora India team to ask their manager to contact me but I was merely ignored.
    Yes they had refunded but it is not fair that they did not deliver. I could have easily used another service. One day delivery delay is OK but 4 days is not acceptable especially when there is a delivery date option.

      You ruined the occasion of valentine's day and there is no confirmation on my order status.
      Numbers are not reachable no mail communication.
      Terrible and pathetic service. Fraudsters.
      Money is deducted now give us our order atleast!
      Really disappointed!

        Hi,

        I have ordered flowers, Cake and teddy from FloraIndia.com and the product they delivered was very pathetic apart from flowers.

        Teddy : was damaged.. not properly stitched
        Cake : poor quality of cake ... taste was very bad

        I have raised a complaint with them and they were ready to reorder these stuff again any time.

        Now I have follow up with these to reorder the stuff of same price again but they told me as per there policy they will order the same stuff only .. I agreed to their terms and condition and told them ok please order the same order and provide them the order date, address etc.

        Order should be delivered by today as per the date I have given them but they didn't deliver it yet and they even didn't reply to my mails even.

        Cancelled my Order # KJ1143250 on 14/11/2020, of the Diwali Gifts by Flora India, the refund of Rs4050/- has not been received.
        I wrote several emails to refund the amount of Rs4050/- & on 20/11/2020,
        Flora India representative Mr. Sandeep Kumar replied to my email & asked for my bank details which I provided by email, so that, they could credit the refund to my bank account.
        But, as on date, I am have not received any refund.
        Even using their what's app No.[protected] I have reminded them.
        But, I have not received any refund.

          Flowers are totally different compared to what I ordered based on the Web image and the nuts/dry fruits are of very poor quality. Flora India's substitution policy is also deceiving and if they know the flowers are not available during the season, they should take the image off from website. This is definitely the last time I will use their service.

          Family members who receive the flowers would never tell bad about the product they receive and Flora India neither communicate what they are sending to the customer.

          I sincerely hope, they publish the images of the flowers that are available only for that season. This is not hard to accomplish. If they don't put customer first, they are bound to loose the business.

            This is regarding an order placed on 14/02/13 valentines day. The order no was JK1246, the order was placed on 14/02/13 at 9.00 am in the morning and it was scheduled to be delivered on the same day in the afternoon.On the same day it was flashing on Flora India website that due to heavy rush on valentines day the orders made after 11 am will be delivered on 15 or 16, but it was not delivered on both the days. Then i mailed on 16/02/13 to Flora India and complained them regarding non delivery of gift and to refund my whole amount. Pooja Sharma from Flora India reverted back on the same day that the amount will be refunded as per the standard banking procedure.Today the date is 22/02/13 and till date the amount has not been reflected in my account statement. Flora India is a fake company.

              I had ordered a Rakhi courier to be delivered to my brother on 13th August, 2010. The edelviery date I provided was 18th August. The cost of service was 775/- INR

              The rakhi did not reach on 18th August. When I emailed the customer care, I was told that it will reach before or by Rakshabandhan - which is 24th August.

              My brother was called up by a courier guy on 24th and said that they cant find the address but will deliver by evening. My brother volunteered to pick it up from a central point. But the courier guys did not turn up. The services person from Flora India also called him to ask if the courier was delivered and said will get back. They did not get back either.

              My brother had a day without rakhi tied to his hands - even though Ihad sent it well ahead in time.

              The more frustration is about the courirer being with the courier guys and still not ebing delivered.

              I complained Pooja Sharma - the person in customer service of Flora India, emailed her many times; but in vain.

              She now says that the courier was send t 2-3 times but no one was available at home; though I know that the home was never locked.She is reluctant to refund my money.

              I am very upset for the issue and Flora India guys should pay for it.
