yes same happened with me ...

I ordered a cake on 26 May for my brother but it didnt deliver till now.

I request many times for refund they did not response and even cut my call many times.

I am not expecting that they can refund my amount in future.

THATS a FRAUD COMPANY...

DONT RELY ON THIS COMPANY...

I ordered Flowers on 09 July 2013 and it ddint reach until till date.
The customer care people are worst ..they dont help you and act as if they are giving us a favor by picking up call.
THEY DONT DELIVER THE PRODUCTS...

ITS A FRAUD COMPANY...
I have called minumum 100 times and the phone is not being picked up
what kind of service is it ...??
Shameful...
I asked for money return and tehy told me to write an email to [protected]@gmail.com
But nothing happened.

Wana sue this company VERY BAD.

Even I have gone through the same situation.Ordered the cake & flowers around Rs.1029 for my husbands birthday on 10-Sep-2013.I really was not knowing any thing about this website thinking it would be best one I ordered & did mess.It was a birthday worth remembering for me as my husband got upset on me for trusting on such websites.As the money is not re-funded neither anything was delivered.My family was waiting for this surprise & it was all mess. :( I think no action is being taken against this website ..people are getting dupped but no action so far. We have to spread awareness about this otherwise these people will continue doing this.This money earned & playing with emotions of people will bring there entire team in worst situation.This is what I can curse .. shamefull people !

Info: All Your Express Orders Delivery Happens by hand at door step of the recipient from our respective city outlets/authorised members and hence we ensure the fresh and best quality products reaches every time you order through us on the same day as per your order delivery date.

I ordered a birthday cake on 10 Aug 2013 - to be deliever to rishikesh by 12:00 mid night.For this they charge 250 rs .This people neither deliever cake and when I tell them to cancel the ordre and refund back my money as they didn't place the order, they don't want to do.Then after lots of conversation they said they will refund back my money but they don't.and at every call they are just don't talk properly and not refunding my money as well.

This company is total FRAUD...so please takle action against them.
