I placed an order online on 29th July, 2011 and paid Rs. 799 throught net banking for a bouquet of flowers to be delivered to Bangalore on 1-st August, 2011. Till Date the flowers have not been delivered and the company executives insist that the delivery has been made. There is no receipt that has been issued.
