Money suckers... fraud

I made 2 seperate orders - one for flowers and the other one for 2 cakes. I paid close to 60 dollars for the 2 orders. Please see the quality of cake that reached. The cakes were messed up. The message was wrong. And it tasted good enough to puke. This is whats being sold for 30 dollars. When my mom took it back for the quality she was told the cake makers only get 150 rupees. These guys are frauds and money suckers.

I placed an order online on 29th July, 2011 and paid Rs. 799 throught net banking for a bouquet of flowers to be delivered to Bangalore on 1-st August, 2011. Till Date the flowers have not been delivered and the company executives insist that the delivery has been made. There is no receipt that has been issued. The customer service numbers are always busy([protected], [protected], [protected]). Is there anyway to get my refund?...
