[Resolved]  Fluor Daniel India Pvt Ltd — Withdrawal of Provident fund

Dear Sir,

I am Girish Bhangale and I was working with Fluor in Gurgaon. Later I left Fluor in October 2007 and then I had applied for withdrawal of PF through Fluor. My provident fund a/c number is (HR/FD/10330/1037). However I did not get my PF amount yet so I registered a complaint in PF office in Gurgaon through (http://pgportal.gov.in) to expedite withdrawal of my provident fund and now I got reply from PF office stating that the cheques of amounts (Rs. 51020 & Rs. 6630) were sent by them and also the same cheques were returned back to them. But a cheque of amount Rs. 6630 is already credited to my bank account (Cheque no: 674473 on date 16/6/2008). Other cheque of amount Rs. 51020 is not yet credited to my bank account and I am quite sure that it wasn’t returned by the bank because bank has already accepted one cheque and there was no reason for the bank to return this cheque (of amount Rs. 51020) back to PF office.

As per the reply I received from PF Office, the authorities are again asking me to send form 19 and 10C for further action. You can refer the attached letter that I have received from PF office in which I am advised to resubmit form 19 and 10C for further action. You can also refer to the bank statement which shows only one cheque (Cheque no: 674473 on date 16/6/2008) has been credited to my bank account. Please understand that I am working abroad and it is not much convenient for me to reapply for PF and follow up with PF office again.

I think there is some confusion which is leading us to such an unpleasant situation. Therefore I humbly request you to look into this matter and get the issue resolved soon. I appreciate your efforts and thanks in anticipation.
