[Resolved] Fly Mobile C250 — ARROGANT RESPONSE OF SERVICE CENTRE FOR MY COMPLAINT | |||
Sir, I have purchased Fly mobile fly C-250 vide bill no 1055 dated 24 May 2010 from Jai Mata Di Telecome , F-5455, Ist Floor, Raisar Plaza Jaipur-1, Worth Rs. 3390.00. In first instance it lost its software which was restored by service centre vide work order no. FIN106VWS10645 DT 05 Jun 10 ./ Initially from the date of purchase it is not reading Tata Indicom 12527 message and showing message read failed and even the messages are not deleting. On 01 Jun 2010 I have contacted service centre Vishwas System, A-8 Shastri Nagar jaipur-16, Mr Dharamraj, mobile no [protected] and Mr Akash, Ser. manager Rajasthan mobile no. [protected],[protected] and logged written complaint about my problems but instead of solving my problems they behaved very rudely and not attained me . They told come after 2-3 days, since then I am continuing approaching but result is fruitless.
