Hi All,
I purchased fly E-106 after a long wait, and found that the handset is faulty within 7 days, my keypad was not working, and when i gave to service center i got a DOA after 7 days, saying that your mobile cant be serviced so that you can exchange the set.
I contacted fly customer care they said that you have to contact the dealer for getting it exchanged with E-106 or a higher version.
Then later when i contacted the dealer, they said that they are not having stock at the moment for getting it replaced with a different model MC-160, and the stock may arrive after a week or after a month or it may not come at all.
And i dont want to continue with E-106 as am not confident on it for a long run :(
I am being troubled by both Dealer and Service Center and FLY company as well, where in i am not being given a proper solution. Was this information helpful? |
